What these sessions show
Does my dog actually know the command?
He'll be doing it for me if It's going to keep going like that Because he didn't fight me At all on the leash pressure.
Why does my dog only listen when I'm pulling the leash?
Why am I having to use negative reinforcement when I ask him to sit?
When is it safe to let my dog off the leash?
Of that but walks by I'm gonna let him do that I'm not gonna worry About it right um however if he makes the choice To either blow off a command because he's too interested In the dog, which is what he did, Or to actually actively run and lunge or bark or Be reactive in any way towards the other dog.
Should I stop my dog before he misbehaves?
At this point, we're better off getting back to the Truck Before it's completely pitch black out here Than trying to go for more repetitions when we've already Had a successful session.
What happens in a first dog training session?
Why does my dog behave differently at different times?
I still don't want to ruin The walk for him and Keep sticking him in the work window over and over Again.
How can I tell what my dog is feeling?
Where should I train my dog?
How do I calm a stressed dog?
How do I teach my dog to make better choices?
I want them to make good decisions without me having to like micromanage them with obedience, right?
Why does my dog react to how I stand?
Should I let my dog sniff before training?
What is the difference between come and let's go?
What toy should I use to train my dog?
What do I do right after correcting my dog?
We're going to pack up, get him back in the AC.
Should my dog heel for the whole walk?
So, like you see on the wall, it's like I'm not like I didn't heel grind this dog.
How many rules should my dog have?
Why won't my dog listen when he is scared?
How do I stop my dog reacting to other dogs?
The record
11 sessions, 5.1 hours of footage, 38,579 words of transcript.

Recognize your own dog in this?
Most people who call us have already been told their dog is a lost cause, or that they should manage it and hope. We train dogs in Angier, Raleigh and across the Triangle, and we take the serious aggression and reactivity cases that other programs turn down.
How it works: tell us what your dog is actually doing. We tell you honestly whether we can help, including when the answer is no. If we can, you leave with a plan and a start date.
What you get back is a dog whose world gets bigger instead of smaller.
