Family account
What a family says on camera or in its own published words. It is attributed to them, not presented as a diagnosis or a verified finding.

How Field Notes is built
Field Notes is a traceable publishing system. It separates what an owner reported, what the camera shows, what a trainer explicitly taught, what repeats across cases and what an editor infers.
Source
Original public upload and stable video ID
Transcript
Timestamped speech track

Tier 3–4
Concepts and method synthesis
Publication
Human review, privacy and claim gates
Evidence labels
Visible in footage
Observable behavior or handling described without reading unseen intent into the scene.
Explicit trainer teaching
A trainer’s stated explanation, quoted only when the wording and timestamp are verified.
Repeated pattern
A pattern across reviewed cases, with coverage and counterexamples made visible.
Editorial synthesis
A clearly labeled interpretation that never masquerades as a direct quote or measured outcome.
Unknown or held
Missing identity, privacy risk, transcript conflict or insufficient context stays unpublished.
Rules that govern the public edition
Quotes remain verbatim and verified. Private intake forms and contact details are not public source material. We use approved public recordings and published family stories, preserving any specific exclusions. Owner exclusions apply across public derivatives. A public YouTube upload is not automatic permission to feature a dog everywhere. Uncertainty is shown instead of filled in. Corrections preserve history.
